Ron Baker is the best there is in the home inspection/home evaluation world. There are a number of qualities I look for in a professional-Trust, Honesty, Reliability, Knowledge/Expertise, Quality. He went above and beyond! After having some issues with moisture and speaking to several companies who were trying to sell me unnecessary services, I had Ron do a home inspection. He is a book of knowledge! He showed me exactly what I needed to do and his answer was the only one that made sense, based on truth. He also does Air quality tests, which is a huge plus and helped me out in that as well. I recommend him highly not only for home inspection, but if you want an honest man to do a home evaluation so you know what you need for necessary repairs! His pricing was very fair and the information I obtained was with its money in Gold! Thank you so much Ron!
