        1. The woman who owns the place kept misgendering me (I'm trans). When I asked her to stop she had the nerve to tell me that I'd have to accept it the same way "A parent of a special needs child would have to be ok with me saying "r3t@rd". This woman is a school sports coach last I checked! 2. My second to last appointment I arrived to see Steven Levine, the quack doctor I had left a year earlier after I got sick of his lack of treatment, or should I say third world medical treatment, leaving the PT area. The next week I showed up and was mysteriously fired as a patient with no reasonable explanation. Gee... that can't be a coincidence could it?
