I had to take a day off work and drive and hour away only to be told we were never scheduled. She missed a day of school for what? I missed 8 hours of pay for what? Was this funny to them? Will the reimburse my pay for the day? My child's education for the day? We have to reschedule right now.

Do not take your children here! They expect even a 4 year old to go back alone. The doctors are impersonal and unprofessional. The front desk has some of the most impolite and unprofessional people working for them. The hygienist who worked on my child was great to our face, but then went to the dentist and complained that he cried too much. The dentist was incredibly frustrated and seemed inconvenienced that my child cried. He was very judgmental that I came back with my son, despite it being just a routine, literally 3 minute, check up. I will be switching dentists.

It took forever to get a phone call after putting an online request in. 2 days of calling, nobody ever answered. I wish I could play the voicemail, not sure if they cared about getting me in. I decided to read their reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet!! Out of a 175 reviews they have a 2.6. The horror stories I read! I would never bring my daughter here. One review said they pulled the wrong tooth? WTH!!!
