They have a new business philosophy called "Take It or Leave It." When I called for my annual carpet cleaning appointment, I was told they had doubled their minimum to a whopping $400. This is literally double what I had paid in the past. When I pointed out them that I had been a faithful customer for over a decade, it meant nothing to  them. They were more than willing to let me walk. When I did and researched other carpet cleaning services, I found that their current "minimum" price structure was not at all competitive. Before you hire Nahigian, do some price shopping and you will get a nice surprise.

Great service. Dealt with the owner. Very personalized attention. It's a shame he's retiring and the business will close soon.

Great experience purchasing two carpets here last month. Tom Jorjorian helped us find rugs perfect suited to our living room and dining room. Nice option to try the full size hand knotted piece in our home to verify suitability. Nice to work with a locally owned and operated business.
