Terrible place I spent more than 4 hours to download and nothing thanks to a man who is in charge of making the deliveries

There is no postage at this location. There are mailboxes and drop-offs. You can pick up packing supplies for flat rate postage. But there is no postage to purchase.

We regularly drop off packages here, and the staff is SO friendly.

Avoid this place like the plague. Waited 3 hours for a door. Told to hand over my keys and wait sitting in a chair by the bathrooms while workers kept taking craps and stinking up the place. After waiting in their freezing cold warehouse for another 2 1/2 hours, they changed shifts. Not a single pallet on my truck has been touched. I noticed a lady look in my truck, she walked over to me and waved so I asked her when my truck was going to get unloaded. Her response: "I JUST GOT HERE SO DON'T GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE." OK so here's my situation so you know where I'm coming from. I make more in 6 months than any post office warehouse manager makes all year. The only way I am able to make this crazy money is by NOT WAITING AROUND FOR 6 HOURS to get unloaded at a receiver. "Fool me once, your fault. Fool me twi- uh-uh- I can't be fooled again." "You know the thing!"

I contract for the post office doing long trailer loads, and usually it's pretty simple to unload. They give you a door, you back in, and they do the rest from there until it's time to leave. Well I've never been to this facility and I have requested my boss never have me do this run from KC to here again. Most staff are friendly and professional, but this guy named Kevin was far from that. To be honest he was a total dumb jerk who seemed more preoccupied arguing with the lady unloading me than anything else. Made me stand off to the side, threw my new load straps around, and just generally was not pleasant. I tried asking his name but he ignored me, I was able to get it from the other dock worker on the way out. Didn't get his name but he was this nice young black man really friendly. This Kevin guy though was just some angry looking, balding, heavy set fat guy wearing a dirty vest and his face looked like an ugly beat up piece of leather. I really ought to call the postal inspector or someone on him because he was not following unload procedure well at all.
