I lived there for almost 2 years in Germantown. I had a couple of good housemates. Near public transportation and shopping centers. I wish they had housing for couples because both me and my significant other have mental illness

A complete scam. Do NOT trust this group. Housing areas are unsafe, landlords don't take care of its tenants at all, roomies can be prone to violence and don't care about mental illness at all. The lease is also full of trap clauses to try and milk more money out of you.

The rent was good price and the house was in safe area. Management was incompetent. I had room mate with bouts of anger and was in prison in past. I had about no less the 6 issues with one roommate. Food being stolen, waking me up at 2 and 3 am to ordere to do something and he broke a number of COVID-19 restrictions and lease agreements. The best i got from property manager was I will talk to him no action the house was 2931 Saint Helen Circle

Without Housing Unlimited i would no way be able to live in the county i've always called home. I live near work in a place i feel safe and happy in. I am incredibly grateful for them. The house i live in is a home. And im doing well. Thank you Housing Unlimited!
