The worst company Friend ship crossing is the worst place to live they have tenants with cats water leaks in wash room loud noise kids screaming all hour of the day you cant rest on your day off from work bring in a bunch of Section 8 hood rats save your time and money and live somewhere else this is not the place to call home.

I lived at one of the CIH Properties, Bennington Station for about a year and a half. The place was located right across from my daughters school. In addition, it was only about a ten minute walk to the metro. So it was very convenient. The assistant manager, Antuanette, was very customer service oriented.  If you had an issue Antuanette got it handled right away. She was so kind to my daughter and my lil one loved her.   In conclusion, I was very happy with my stay at Bennington Station.  Me and my daughter had a lovely time staying in our apartment.
