They are fast and easy when everything is in order but every other time I go there is something amiss with my insurance, doctor, prescription, or some other ridiculous excuse not to give me my medicine. Everyone who works here except for the taller black man is just a robot; programmed to make you jump through as many hoops as possible because the more organizations involved in your transaction: the more money for everyone. These folks should display a little more courtesy to their frequent visitors, everyone except for the taller black guy always grills me about this and that and makes me call all my insurance companies and doctors to get a single prescription filled. Like I said, when everything's in order the visit goes smoothly but honestly 4 out of 5 times somethings "wrong" in my information and I have to fight for my medicine.
