        Horrible communication, came to replace a roof on our house. Big project with multiple buildings. Broke a window, didnt tell us, we had to discover it. You have to hound them, track them down. And then they want to slap you with huge, huge, late fees! When they are the ones late!!! Do not recommend this company. AT ALL!!!! Wish there was a zero star option.

        20 years ago this company was responsive and amazing. They installed my roof, a garage roof and all of the skylights in my home. In September 2023, they sent a rep to my house to give an estimate on roof repair and skylight sealing. He was great; however, I never received an estimate. I left over 50 messages on the voicemail asking for the estimate and a return call. Today, in March 2024, it's literally raining inside my house and I left another message. If they call back I'll update the review. Otherwise, I'll be looking for another roofer.
