Arizona Water Co

Horrible customer service! Came to the house and told my wife that they were shutting off our water service. My wife offered to pay they said no. She said that she would go to the office and pay now but they still disconnected the service. At the office she explained that we hadn't received a bill, they told her that was our problem not theirs, she made the payment in full and was told there would be a service fee even after offering to pay the guy that disconnected the service. Unfortunately we can't change providers or we would. Be careful they want to be paid even if you never get a bill. Guess we'll contact the Better Business Bureau.

The guys are absolutely the best and most professional plumbing and drain services in town. My home is nearly 60 years old now, and as a result we have very old fixtures. Any time something has broken they get to me as fast as they can, fix it amazingly fast, and it lasts. I don't ever want any other plumber in my home.

My bill double when I switched rentals in town. $40 in a month plus 30 to turn the water. I'd like to know how 1 person used $40 of water in two weeks... Criminals!

Quite difficult to actually find the Arizona Water office. Go up to the large building and look for a Blue Mailbox that has Arizona Water labeled on it. If you need to find the office, take a right and go towards the middle-back of the building and it's labeled above the door. This company is very outdated, they do not have an online bill-pay option for your bill, but they have an autodrafting option if you provide a voided check. Otherwise, plan on dropping off your payments in the mailbox every month.

Alright service, antiquated demand for payment upon receipt method, still using paper system to track.  Very hard to do an automated pay on-line with a banking institution to them, since they are not automated to that level, so bank ends up issuing a check to them which has to be processed adding more days to the process.Good thing is comparatively water is super cheap in the desert while electricity in a state that gets 365 days of pure solar goodness is 4 times as expensive.Located over in the office complex behind Bank of America
