Firstly, Id like to say thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful smile! I contemplated getting braces for years, and I am beyond pleased with Bright Stars customer service, their support and their genuine kindness. Ive always felt comfortable when coming in for an appointment, and they have been very accommodating. Ive never been uncomfortable or uneasy about the services that were provided. Everyone at the front desk is very welcoming and respectful as well as everyone who works there. Dont second guess coming here, youll feel like family. I also noticed how detailed they are with cleaning after every patient. Great sanitation, great customer service, great pricing, and a perfect smile when youre done! Dr.Walker is amazing.

THE BEST orthodontistEVER ... let me tell u I was referrred to this place about 2 months ago .. and I fell in love .. the doctor dr . Walker is amazing he has the cutest smile , the best attitude and has the best results and most importantly very great at what he does .. he tells me everything I need to no and much more .. I came in here lost and hopeless for my son teeth .. the staff is amazing and very patient !!! I wish I could give this a 20/10 i don't even understand how it has anything below a 5 !!! I high highly recommend !!! Dr . Walker thank you so much for helping get through this with my son and his teeth ..even if I'm running a few seconds late they still take me back so fast ! In and out with GREAT RESULTS !! And once again !!! I never been to a ortho office with such nice staff ! Very respectful and helpful you guys really rock !!!! DOCTOR WALKER IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED .. oh yea and you'll get an appointment very quick !! Very quick you don't wait ! And I never waited nomore than 7 minutes ... EVER !

I was going to delete this review, but instead decided to update it to show you how great and caring Dr. Walker is. My bad experience happened prior to Dr. Walker taking over this business. Even though he was not responsible for the mistakes of the prior doctor, he still took it upon himself to reach out to me to help achieve a better smile, one that I would be happy with. He got me in for an appointment almost immediately and has been super awesome to go through this process with. After only a month, Im already seeing so much progress and there are issues being addressed with my teeth that I was told couldnt be fixed before. Im so excited for the day I get my braces off and finally have the smile that Ive always wanted. Thank you Dr. Walker!! I first want to say that the staff in this office were always so nice and welcoming, I never had any kind of negative experience with them. I got braces in April of 2022. I was so excited to finally have a smile that I wouldnt hide in photos. When I got my braces off in September 2023, I was so disappointed that I actually cried when I got home. My teeth were not straight and the metal retainer that I was given didnt fit on the bottom right side of my teeth. When I asked about the retainer before I left, I was told it was fine. I went back a month later to get a scan done for the clear retainer and Dr. Patel suggested that I hadnt been wearing my retainer, which I had. When I told him that I do wear it all the time, he said well its better business for us if you dont, anyway suggesting that I would actually come back to get braces on again. My clear retainer also did not fit all the way on correctly. Im currently seeking a new doctor to actually give me the results that I was looking for in the first place.

Dr. Walker is Awesome! He encouraged me to go through with the whole procedure and Im so satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended!

Dr. Walker and his staff are amazing...very professional and personable. Always kind. I had to have a front tooth pulled and rather than get an implant, Dr. Walker used Invisalign to close the gap. After just one year, my teeth are perfect and I couldn't be happier.
