Wow, where to start. It took 19 days for a simple cremation. James the funeral director was sick every other day and would not return calls or texts. My fathers ring was supposed be with the ashes when I picked them up but they managed to even screw that up. Do not use, there must be better options.

I recently lost my beloved husband and it was a very difficult time. When I arrived at Rose-Neath, Martin and his staff at Rose-Neath helped make the worst day of my life not only bearable but a day to remember. They helped me pay tribute to my husband and honor him. Everything that was needed for the funeral and ceremony was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Through their hard work and professionalism they ensured that the day was stress free for myself and my family. I will always be grateful to Martin and his staff for what they did for my family.

The staff were not friendly. Youd think they would be kinder given their line of work. They didnt even bother to publish my dads obituary on their site like I was told they would. They are not special needs friendly, particularly towards people with autism.
