Total Sleep Dentistry: Kenneth K. Lee, DDS

This has been the worst experience dealing with a special needs dentist clinic for children. The receptionist and nurse were rude and condescending to the max!! They seemed to enjoy my frustration and anxiety as I waited for this appointment for 2 months. They are clearly not cut out for customers service, or any service. Shame on Dr lee for hiring such incompetent people to work for him.

Hands down, the best medical experience I've ever had. I struggle with generalized anxiety and a panic disorder, as well as specific phobias that heavily impact my experience with dentistry. Dr. Lee and his staff are absolutely stellar, not just incredible at their jobs, but incredible people. As someone who neglected my dental health due to years of crippling anxiety, this office and the people inside it have been an absolute godsend. I'm in love with my results so far and have a newfound confidence in my smile, which is something I haven't been able to say in years. They've found ways to accommodate my phobias and make my experience both before and after comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and Liz is truly an angel. Nothing but appreciation and admiration for this place and the amazing people who work here.
