        After paying for my room upon check-in, I was harassed the next day stating my card on file is not valid. I verified that they charged my room in full including the meal I charged the same day. They deactivated my room keys and I was flabbergasted. They reactivated my keys and gave me a mumbled story of my card on file. Not sure how my corporate card I travel with on a weekly basis had an issue when they clearly charged me for the room.

        Fitting for the location. Apparently just anyone and their 10 kids can be let in to use the pool until close. You don't need to be a guest staying there at hotel to use the facilities? Real classy... FYI I've already emailed management about this and I was ignored. Never received a response.
