        Would give 0 if I could. Cancelled my homeowners insurance policy after signing and did not call me or send me a letter. Just a check. Had to email them just to find out what the check was for. They claim that the roof of the home we just purchased was deteriorating, but the appraisal report and home inspection report both say the roof is good
