Tuckaway At Shawnee

Tuckaway is a hidden a gem. My husband and I have been living here for 6 months and we LOVE it. We have a 2 bed, 2 bath on the second floor. There is so much natural lighting and open space. I love how the kitchen is open to the rest of the apartment. There is so much counter space and so much storage. All of the closets are so big. There is crown molding and tall ceilings. Our patio looks out onto beautiful walking trails. When we first moved in, everything was so clean. They installed new carpet too. Management has been great. Our hot water stopped working so they got us a new water heater within a couple of hours. The people below us have a small baby that cries a lot and we barely hear it (thank goodness!) I feel very safe in this complex. It is gated and super quiet. A lot of the residents are retired and very pleasant to be around. The walking trails are very nice and the landscaping is always beautiful. The pool is always clean and peaceful. The gym is never busy and has good basic equipment. The mailboxes and dumpster are just a short walk away. Big packages get delivered right to your door. I have no complaints.

I paid to HOLD an apt for $400. Got approved for KERA which enabled me to move, and the dumb blonde working the desk cashed my check as soon as she could even though I wasnt allowed to move and I gave her 2 months notice. AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE OVER EMAIL. I didnt sign a lease or anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Love this place ever since we moved in staff is really nice and very fast. Our fridge wasnt working and they were quick with getting us a new fridge. Really appreciate it. I will be staying here for longer. Its a very nice neighborhood. Would 100% recommend!!
