        My business has used Easy Ice for years, and they have always served us well! Great, prompt customer service, good pricing. We have several ice machines that we lease and any time we have issues, they are prompt to set up a service call, usually the same day, and get us back working and in business again. Would recommend!

        Have had Ice-Masters as a service provider for ice for many years. Great service and equipment. Recently I needed some information from past business with them for some documentation. I ended up getting ahold of Susan Sales in accounting. I let her know what it was that I needed and instead of sending me down the line, like a lot of organizations, she took care of me right then and there. I had the info in my inbox immediately. This was not the department usually handling this type of request but she knew I needed the help and took care of it. This is how a team should operate. Great job!
