After Hours Locksmiths

I called Jack at After Hours Locksmith after I had 2 bad experiences with this same problem. The first person came out and quoted me really high, when I said that seems high, he immediately lowered the price, seemed shady. The 2nd person, started the job, said he needed a new tool and would come back and never did. I called Jack and he was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted me a reasonable price on the phone. He came when he said he would be there and fixed my ignition on the spot. It was not an easy job and he took the time to fix it on a Saturday evening, even though he had plans for the night. He went above and beyond for me and will recommend him to everyone I know! It’s hard to find this excellent service anywhere!! Highly recommend!!!

Called ealrier today regarding my bmw lockout, any how i called a guy called jack and unfortunately he was super rude and he didnt even listen to my issue and i was asking for any recommendation so i can solve my issue but he hang up the line on my face saying "check with the dealer" and hang up even without even listening and really thats unprofessional if you guys dont want to give at least a good service and am not asking for excellent just do us a favor and dont answer your phone , so we dont waste our time calling you ! I locked my keys in my car on a quick trip to Quick Trip last night at 11pm. We called After Hours Locksmiths and Jack was there within 5 minutes! He was kind, with no judgment. It took all of a minute (maybe less, I didn’t time him) to get my door open. It was quick and painless and I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a locksmith.
