I was happy with them, but the last 2 weeks they have been terrible. Constantly down, their service support is not existence on the weekend. Long standing customers mean nothing to them. At this point i just feel they want my money only. Telling me that service is being monitored 24 hrs a day. Yeah right. If that were the case i would not be down now 10 hrs plus. Unfortunately they are the only provider here. If tds ever comes out here i will go back to them. Had them before for years, never a problem and super customer service.

**Costed $400+ just for install/equipment** Parents were promised 5mbps, it is rare to ever get over 1mbps download/uploadthis means they cant even stream movies without constant buffering. Bertram Wireless will try to talk you into contract, I would highly not recommend their service. Spectrum will be coming to the Gillett area with 100mbps in the near future. It will cost a little more, but will so be worth it.

Our service was not too bad when we started with them years ago. Over the course of a few years, our service became terrible. To the point that when we would test our internet speed, it would come back no where near what we were paying for. We had our equipment serviced multiple times and the satellite was moved a few times to try to get a better signal. We basically paid for services that we barely could use. The last technician that came out to our house, told us we needed to look for a new service provider because the connection to the tower was not able to be connected with a good signal. I took this as we were not going to get internet from them any further. I didnt notice but they kept charging my checking account for three more months while we didn't even have their equipment connected. I called and they advised that I needed to fill out paperwork to cancel which was not something the tech had mentioned. I filled out that paperwork on July 6th and drove an hour and 20 minutes to return our equipment. They still kept my payment from July 1st (for July services) and they refused to work with me on returning some of the other money that was auto deducted from our account. They are able to look at our account and see there was no data usage occurring. This seems so scandalous to not even be willing to work with us on the misunderstanding. We were with them for more than 7 years, where at least 2 of them was with horrible service which we paid for and were never even offered a credit to compensate.

I had the service from July to December. I struggled with slow and unstable service from the start. I looked into ways to improve my connection on my end as well as reaching out to customer service. I ran speed tests with their tech. I had a tech come out to my house to see if my service could be improved. It was concluded it was the best it was going to get. I was paying for a 25 mbps connection and then dropped down to 15 mbps ($95/month with taxes and fees) and did not receive more than 5 mbps consistently. (see speed test performed next to router) Customer service was always courteous, but their policies were unwavering. When I requested my service be cancelled and they informed me of a $50 equipment pickup fee, I asked if it could be waived due to my poor service quality. I was put on hold, a manager was asked and then I was informed that the policy is firm. I experienced a billing mistake and a no show for scheduled equipment pickup. For how much I spent in money and time and how little service I received, a credit of some kind would have been nice.
