If youre looking for an awesome place in a beautiful historic area of Vermont look no further. You get your own cottage and theyre perfect in every way. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, nice amenities, your own porch, campfire areas, a great value and I can go on and on. Janelle and Mike are warm, welcoming and friendly proprietors whose concern for your comfort and pleasant stay is obviously their priority. Im looking forward to staying at Serenity Motel and cottages again next year.

I was only there for one night but just loved it. From the kind, enthusiastic and fun owners to the simple, clean, charming cottages This place is really special. I cant wait to visit again!

My sisters and I come here almost every fall
It's a great place to get away from the daily grind
It's a charming place.
Janelle and Mike take great care of the cottages and they are good people.

I absolutely love this place! I will always try to find a reason to come back. The little cabins are cute, clean and cozy. Theyve thought of everything with seating on the porch, citronella candle, parking, grill and picnic table. Fire pit with chairs in the common area. Staff is exceptionally welcoming. Price is so reasonable and location is great. Bonus- Its dog friendly!
Rooms: Clean, cozy and comfortable.
Nearby activities: Close to Bennington, an hour to Rutland. I stayed here on my way to section hike the AT in Vermont.
Safety: Felt very safe. Parking next to cabin.

Very cozy place! Friendly family owner. Has horses, and chickens in the back to view. The place has a nice vibe to it, some people to the left were fishing for the season, and the other side was a couple. Rooms are kept very clean and overall a nice size.
