Could not reach anyone for assistance when needed. Basic items like toilet paper were not provided. We called, texted and emailed but didn't get supplies until almost 24 hours later. Then we had a serious problem with the room and called and texted the after hours and emergency numbers provided, but no one answered nor called back. We also tried email. No response. We later found out that the automated email they send out had the wrong number listed. There was no emergency number posted in the room. If they're not going to staff the facility, they need responsive service for emergencies. The location is very good, room was decent but some things were not working properly.

It was nice enough. Room was clean. Shower was strong. There was no climate control thermostat in the room. It was a little cool at first and being able to adjust the temperature would have been great. There weren't even any vents in the room. Not sure how climate control is achieved. There was also a note about not smoking anything within 500' of the building or get fined $500 which seemed extreme. Neither one of us smoke anything so we weren't worried about it, but seemed kind of excessive. They also had a zero tolerance policy for partying or staying up late and loud. We don't do that either so again it wasn't a problem. I'm sure with the vacation horde, these behaviors make the stay uncomfortable for other guests and they've had raucous guests in the past that trashed the place. It was quiet and had comfortable beds. If you're looking for a party hub, this ain't it and that's quite ok.
