This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at any place. I was greeted with happy, smiling faces when I walked in. They were eager to help me get what I wanted but not in a pushy way. They made a beautiful bouquet for my wife that she absolutely loved. Everything was perfect. I won't buy flowers from anywhere else!

I’ve used this wonderful shop for many occasions. Some happy, others sad, but always for the same reason. Because they get it. They understand what I’m asking for when, admittedly, I don’t know how to convey what I’d want. No matter the task, though, they always manage to give me exactly what I need. It’s nice to not have to worry about stuff like that and just leave it to the professionals. You’ve got a customer for life. Thank you.

I called Benfield Florist directly to have them create a fall bouquet for friends of mine. The only direction I gave was to make it look "like fall." My friends received the flowers within hours of my order and they looked beautiful! The vase was full of a variety of burgundy, yellow and purple flowers, greenery and even berries and was even better than what I had envisioned. I highly recommend this florist and will not use anyone else going forward.
