        My vehicle was hit by a drunk driver,,has been in the shop for a week no response from them. Would not recommend state farm, been with them for 30 year poor poor response

        Terrible company to deal with. They told me they were taking 100% responsibility for their clients accident when they totaled my trailer. They have done nothing but string me along for 5 months. They said they want to make me "whole" they won't even replace my trailer that was totaled.

        I have had State Farm since I could drive for my car insurance. I recently purchased my first home and the process of getting homeowners insurance has been terrific! The agents are very professional, quick in responses and knowledgeable on what they are quoting you and telling you. They also explain things to you as you ask and make you feel great about your choices in using State Farm! I highly recommend them.
