Sears Appliance Repair

They sent out some dummy last year that says it's the motor. Then a 2nd guy comes out and has to "jump" the a/c to work and he says it's the thermostat. So me knowing nothing about A/Cs figures, if he had to "jump" it to start it then maybe there's a part like a solenoid or starter on a car that could be faulty. Finally I had a contractor come out from Home Depot. YES! FIXED! It was a conduit that was burnt out. It ran great the rest of the summer. SEARS can eat a d**k! Service: HVAC repair

I had an appointment from 1-5. I got a text saying the tech was on his way 2 hrs later no one showed up. I contacted the company and they said he tried to contact me but couldn't get ahold of me. I had a missed call, no message, no one came to my door and I didn't get a text. Their service is awful
