Sleepers In Seattle

I purchased a leather sleeper sofa from Sleepers in Seattle a few years ago. I got insurance for sofa to cover for damages. The zipper has separated and I spoke with Beatrice about getting it repaired. She told me Natuzzi turned down my claim. Well I wasnt pleased with the response. Beatrice said she would email the claim forms to me. And that was maybe 3 or more weeks ago. So far no claim forms and Ive left a message for Beatrice to call me and nothing! I waited 9 months for the sofa and Im treated like this!! Darryl Herron

I bought a Luonto sleeper sofa from them in 2022 and they shipped it to California for me and it was STILL a good price! And Iove love the sofa AND the fold out bed. I put a soft topper on it, though, because it's pretty firm.

Superb couch, superb purchasing experience. Salesperson (Beatrice) was knowledgeable, and they even threw in white glove delivery service (which was helpful for a heavy piece of furniture). Couch has been excellent.

All Im saying is take your business elsewhere and you can definitely find a better price sofa for cheaper at Ashleys or somewhere else. I dont know if its because Im black or whatever (I normally dont put race into things) but when I walked in the older lady couldnt bare to look at me and the older guy keep staring at me the whole time without asking if I needed help. I was really interested in a sleep because Im about to move but not with bad customer service. Also most seem over 4k
