        Poor service , multiple call backs and 0 follow up. Actually never received a call back. Spoke to 4 different people and apparently they dont talk to each other. Just a poorly run business with 0 communication.

        My oil furnace is 50 years old. Had not been serviced by technician for years. Dan brought all of his 25+ years of experience with him and now furnace runs at 83 precent efficiency. I highly reccommend Genesee. Very resonable price and GREAT service! Service: Heating system maintenance

        Bad business practices here. Their office staff insinuated I was lying when our propane use was below what they expected, that I must be getting it filled by another company. They offered to refund the value of the propane when they picked up the tank, and gave me a refund check worth 10 cents on the dollar after they picked it up, claiming undisclosed fees and charges I never agreed to. Ive never felt more cheated and ridiculed by a business, especially their manager named Red.
