I can in last minute before New Year's Eve weekend need my church's fire extinguishers serviced immediately. They were the only fire service company I was able to get on the phone. Maryann was super nice! I came in 30 mins before closing and they were able to service my fire extinguisher with no problems. Will definitely recommend!!!

I called Fire King after hours hoping to get ahold of someone to come fix out fire panel as it was giving false fire alarms. The answering machine directred me to press 1 for after hours service, so I did. The number it forwarded me to said "this number is not accepting calls at this time" and hung up on me.

The only place I will recommend for re-cert of tanks. Mary Anne said/did exactly as was told to me on the phone. Price is reasonable, and the service is quick.

Made an appointment to have them come and check our fire extinguisher and certify it for the year. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. When I called to check what was happening I was told no one set up the appointment and I wasnt even in the system. I was promised that someone would show up the next day and get the job done. Around 6:30pm no one showed up so I called their shop and they were closed. Seems they cant keep their appointment so Ill call someone else.

Called to verify they had time and cost of doing yearly certification on our fire extinguishers. Was told $10 each on the phone. We get there and the price has jumped to $22(the secretary has a very distinguishable accent) since I was there I said ok. She called when they were ready. I called back at 3:20 and said we were 5 min away. Same lady tells me that they cant wait 5min. We didnt know they closed at 3:30. She said come. Ack tomorrow at 7am. I explained we were 5 min and we live 75 min away and so its a 3 hour round trip for us and could she please wait 5 min. She said the button up promptly. We pulled up at 3:33 to locked doors. Customer service is everything in todays world. It takes nothing to be kind. We will not be using Fire King for anything ever again.
