When we were looking to buy, Kathryn was extremely responsive and willing to schedule viewings for us, even on short notice. She had great insights into neighborhoods and the current state of the market, giving us the best chance to create the winning bid. When selling, Kathryn was full of great ideas on how to prepare our house and worked hard to see those ideas become reality. She helped us review the initial inspection report to determine which items should be prioritized and which are better left alone. She organized multiple contractors and met with them herself to oversee the changes. She kept us updated every step of the way during the process from beginning to end. She went above and beyond all of our expectations. Our house looked beautiful and received several competing bids. We especially appreciated Kathryn's help with preparing our house for sale. We had seen some of her previous work and specifically chose her for her ability to transform an older house into something fresh and desirable. She did such a wonderful job.
