        Got yelled at by the extremely rude receptionist when I called asking for new patient availability.

        I was referred here as a new patient. I spent at a total of 1 hour on hold with their dermatology department, only to be told they do not have my referral because it takes 2 weeks for them to process one. There is no online option to make an appointment

        Speaking of the facility, it's dim, uncomfortable; parking is atrocious and even charge handicap spots. Pre-pay when you don't know how long you will be here, and only one elevator in use at a time, to maximize Covid risk.... I will update later if the care providers are quacks (no update, then you can assume they are competent)
