Doc and Matthew were amazing and showed up within 12 hours of us calling and were right on time. Our outake plumbing was not up to standard with modern appliances. They re-did most of the drainage Plumbing in the crawlspace, added a vent for our washing machine drain pipe, and were able to include new drainage for our kitchen. They we're very clear at communicating timeline and price. In the end, they even took a few minutes to check our leaking toilet. We would absolutely work with this company and these workers again!!

This was the first time we used Bees. We had a leaking garbage disposal and were pleasantly surprised to find out they could come out the same day. Not only did Diego replace the garbage disposal, but I asked him about a broken part on our Grohe diverter tub spout expecting that to be a separate appointment, but he was able to re-repair it as well as the thermostatic shower valve in the same appointment. I had the parts to repair both but Grohe over engineers everything and I was hesitant to take it on and risk being without a shower, 13 small parts just to raise and lower the thing to switch between the shower and the tub and 22 parts for the thermostatic valve. We could not have been more pleased.

Bees Plumbing is fantastic!! Jose and his team were amazing at re-plumbing our entire home, installing a tankless water heater and replacing the main pipe that goes to the city supply (under a ton of concrete to boot) in just about a week. They worked tirelessly the first day so wed be able to at least use the toilet and when we had water access again but were having an issue with the valve/water pressure for the shower, they fixed it immediately and cleaned out the shower head which was filled with rust (from our old galvanized pipes - gross!). They also moved a water spigot on the outside of our house that used to be next to outlets and added a spigot on the outside of the house from the laundry room to make watering the garden on the side of our house WAY easier. If youre wondering whether to make the move to tankless - do it! Does it cost more? Sure, but aesthetically its nicer to look at, more energy efficient and INSTANT hot water. We used to wait 2 minutes for the water in our bathroom sink to warm up - not anymore! Also, when we were doing the quotes process, Jose was very thorough on a good, better, best recommendation and was prompt in all communications. We cannot recommend Bees Plumbing enough!
