Archstone Belltown

Nice at first glance, but construction noise and working night shift don't go together. Management has offered no compensation for the disruption I have experienced with not one but a second apt renovation near me. With other apartments vacant I can only guess it will continue. Can't wait to get out at the end of my lease. Also many homeless persons sleep in the areas near the building. I'm afraid to be out after dark.

I have lived here in the past. I found the apartment very suitable for someone with no personal transportation. The apartment is very well maintained and the staff very friendly and efficient. The location is very convenient for shopping and eating out. In the middle of the city with a homely feel. The view of downtown is to die for, specially in the night

I have been living here for 3 years and I absolutely love it. I love my city view from the 18th (top) floor. Excellent staff service and very friendly and helpful concierge team. I have postponed buying a house since there is no way I would get all the extra commodities I get here. Walking distance from everywhere in downtown and very safe area. Price a little higher than the average around? Totally worth it, you definitely get what you pay for... and some more.
