My annual visit with Dr. Tiwari at this location was great! The front desk staff were kind and efficient with the check in process. Dr. Tiwari herself was caring, informative, and patient. She ran through every detail of the exam before it happened and answered all questions with ease!

Dr. RODRIGUES is well prepared, tells the truth , and works quickly. Very informative. Excellent visit. I look forward to her doing a small surgery in November. Addendum: office moved to NW Hospital Dr. suites. Dr. remains thorough in covering all possibilities for informed consent before surgery. She has practiced and remained proficient with 5 previous to current robotic surgical instruments; making it possible to remove and fix the most difficult GYN diagnoses with the least amount of damage to tissue.

Absolutely will not be stepping foot in this clinic again. My daughter first visit to a gynecologist was scary enough for her. She came out crying, feeling rushed through her appointment and brushed off. When you make an appointment for an exam to get to the bottom of something that could be serious and then 10 min later sent home with a birth control prescription seriously?? I went back spoke with someone else and was told I would get a call back. I did and I was spoke over, basically brushed off as well, and ended up hanging up. The nurse sounded more like she wanted to be right then help my daughter. Offering someone 4-5 different forms of birth control rather than running tests is terrible. Do better.

I've gone to this location twice, but every time I've gone there's been a problem. Originally I had an appointment that got rescheduled the day before because they suddenly decided I needed a "real doctor" to do an ultrasound exam to locate the Nexplanon that's migrated my arm. When I finally got that appointment with an actual doctor (Dr. Chin), she couldn't do it because it was too deep for her to be comfortable operating that day, which fair I understand that. Wanting a second pair of hands and eyes is valid. The problem is that just today I had an appointment with Dr. Chin again and I waited for an hour in the radiology room and she never showed up. Not to mention the tech said she'd never done this type of exam before and then when she went looking for Dr. Chin she was completely unable to get ahold of her. I am seriously considering leaving UW Medicine's care because I've been having to repeatedly take time off work for my problem to go unsolved with nothing but a "sorry there's nothing we can do". I'm giving them one last chance before I fire them as my care team, as this feels incredibly disrespectful and is disrupting my work-life balance, and my ability to take care of myself and my family.
