This hotel is rustic industrial in style. Clearly remodeled motel. The salt water pool is great with the added sauna, which was a welcome quiet spot. We appreciated the DVD selection. It's a kid friendly place. Close to the beach. We will there stay again.

Used to love this hotel but they dont care about loyalty or customers literally coming for my bday the 3rd year in a row and the room was cheaper now then when we booked and they wont honor the difference even with credit to use at the hotel and I booked directly from them and a email member stayed here over 6 times in 3 years. Very disappointed looking elsewhere. The pool is small and they are no better than any other seaside hotel.

The staff was kind, the location to the beach was great! The rooms are bare bones, and the concrete floors are cold, so sandals/slippers are a must. If you are going to stay at this hotel stay on the second floor. There is little noise barrier, and the floors are very creaky. We were woken up several times (so was our baby, and the dogs) due to the people above us walking around and outdoor noise. For one night and spending as much as we did, I was anticipating a bit of a better experience. I would likely look elsewhere if I am staying in Seaside again.
Rooms: Bare bones - concrete floors, but the queen bed and trundle bed were a great layout.
Nearby activities: It is maybe a block to the beach, and other Seaside activities!
Walkability: Super walkable.

I went back and forth on booking this room. I loved their idea behind the minimalist, eco friendly rooms, but worried we would regret not having access to the amenities that other hotels offer.
I am so happy we made the call to stay here. I loved it. Not 1 issues. Everything worked. WiFi was strong enough to stream with our Roku and we used our phones and iPads as well. French press with local coffee. I slept amazing. Concrete floors were a little cold bring slippers, but nice to not worry about carpet. Shampoo and Conditioner were great.
Fire place outside with seating, the bar where the make great drinks, serve yummy food and espresso drinks! They have parking, short walk to the beach without the noise of being right on the boardwalk.
We will definitely be back.
Rooms: Minimal, recycled items for beds and furniture. Super cute and comfy!
