Dr. Poff is a great chiropractor. He does a full body exam to figure out actually where your problems are. He also takes the time to listen to your concerns and is truly dedicated to making it the best experience possible for his patients. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my back!

I have ongoing issues with pain and my very first visit relieved muscle spasms in my upper back.  He was very cognizant of my osteoporosis and didn't use the usual methods. I've seen many chiropractors over the years and am very pleased with the treatment received by Dr. Poff. I am continuing to receive ongoing treatments and am impressed with the results.

Douglas Poff is a first rate Chiropractor.  I am so grateful to have him in my little community of Seal Beach. He is excellent at his craft. I was suffering and he saw me outside of his regular working hours. He is super clean and conscientious about each individual's needs, especially during these difficult times. You won't be disappointed with his thorough care. Impulse or manual, your choice. He obviously loves his work and cares for each of his patients equally.

After waiting WAYYYY too long to get myself to a chiropractor, I went in with a friend to meet Dr Poff...I didn't want to go cold turkey due to several bad (including a cracked rib)  experiences.  Dr Poff is a warm & friendly guy, and very professional.  I made an appointment & have been on the road to a pain-free life ever since.  I am still amazed at how quick the results were.  I am so happy I have finally found a chiropractor whom I can have faith in!

Douglas Lord is a great chiropractor. I always feel euphoric when I leave after adjustment. Even with the impulse gun. I really appreciate thus guy. I highly recommend him.
