My Computer Works, Inc

When I retired from my full time job a few years ago, I lost the service that kept our computers clean and running. When I started my consultant business I found I needed help when issues with my laptop came up. I found My Computer Works Inc in the phone book. They do get busy, but, they will always get back to me and have resolved all my issues. They are patient and reasonably priced. I rate them a 5 out of 5.

Although you may wait a bit for a callback...service is reliable and thorough. I asked some "out of the box" questions and where the tech had gaps in knowledge he quickly did the research to come up with helpful responses.

I was so lucky to find this company in my telephone book. My computer was frozen solid due to some defect in updating. I called My Computer Works and immediately was told, "not to worry", they could and would fix the problem for me. They sent me a thumb drive to get access to my computer and when it arrived I immediately inserted it and "voila" access granted and I signed on. Several very experienced tech men have done work on my computer with great efficiency and patience. You can call them and within minutes there is an experienced person who takes great care to make the computer behave nicely.
