Wells Fargo Bank

My 1st time there and Crystal helped me but she need to work on her attitude and talk nice with customer not sure if she had bad day ,but customer service always have to be nice to us and made me fell to close my accounts

Excellent customer service from Sean and his team today 8/29/2019 @ 625pm. I came in to close my account. Every single employee 1 female, 1 male (I apologize, I did not catch their names) and Sean helped tonspoes the process. Service so good, i almost regret closing the account. If I ever open a new acct with wells fargo. It will surely be with this branch.

Has better hours than most other locations and staff are friendly but refuses coin deposits over $2 unlike any other location.

My wife and I recently had an amazing experience with the people at this bank, in particular Brittany Cowen (she was nice enough to give us her card). We needed to transfer funds between our other bank to get a get a cashiers check that we needed that day. Our other bank is Navy Federal, and we would have needed to drive all the way out to Luke AFB, which would have taken too much time. It was in the late afternoon, and it would have been closed by the time we got there. Brittany spent over an hour helping us (while on the phone with the other bank) to get the funds transferred and get us on our way. This normally takes at least one business day, and in the mean time we would have had to pay late fees. But Brittany helped us every step of the way and got us out in an hour, which I didn't think was going to happen. I don't normally write reviews, but after our experience there, I had to share.
