image I've said it once I'll say it again and again and again. Dr Savard, Courtney, Erin, Cashmere, Laura, Kailey, Jevanen (I'm sorry for any names I missed or spelt wrong) and all of the other people at Raintree are real animal lovers. They take care of my birds like they are VIPS and after a lot of really awful things happening in my life Cashmere even hugged me today when I came in and couldn't stop crying from being so overwhelmed and gave me a pep talk. The team is always kind and supportive, the patrons mirror this behavior and I am forever grateful for a vet, nay an entire clinic, who loves my babies the way they deserve to be loved and takes care of me as well.
I do not know what I would have done without y'all this past two weeks. Your sympathy, support, kind hearts and empathy were so needed and I will never be able to thank you for what you've done for me and the girls.
Thank you thank you thank you

image I am writing this review to make all aware of the dangers regarding teeth cleaning. You are asked to sign a waiver for anesthesia but I found out in a brutal way that teeth being cleaned then extracted can lead to a broken jaw. A vet is not a trained dentist. I didnt fully understand that until recently. A vet can do extractions but do they not have 4 years of extra dental training. I have heard many horror stories now regarding vets pulling good teeth leading to broken jaws. This causes excruciating pain to a dog. Its also very expensive to have a jaw repaired with wires and splints. Please question any vet on all teeth cleanings and extractions. My bill was close to $9000 for a preventative annual cleaning. The AZ Vetrinary board will decide if what was done was appropriate but regardless all should understand the risk of extractions. Its not just about having your dog survive anesthesia. Its also about whether too much bone gets extracted from the jaw and when the right time is to pull. I write this to make all aware of what could go wrong. Im speaking for my dog.
