      image I will never use this service again. I have been coming here since 2005 and while every year was great, this year was a complete disaster. No communication, no return calls and they mailed my tax return with sensitive information in a clasp envelope not taped so that anyone could open it and view or steal my information. I waited nearly 30 days to have them process my data and had to repeatedly call them to find out what was going on. I am done with Liberty Tax forever! I will pay to have a CPA do my taxes from here on in.
