I'm a dealer who's been going here for almost 2.5 years, but today was my last time. 3 days prior to today, I came in to get some titles transferred to my name (a simple 10 minute process) but she said "drop it off, and we'll have it for you by the end of the week". I needed them right away, so I came back 3 days later. The older dark haired gentleman, told me the same thing, and when I asked if I can get them sooner, he told me to leave because he has people waiting. I asked if he can do some duplicate registrations (5 minute process) and he pulled up the WRONG CAR and gave me the registration I was a long time client, and now I took my business to one of the other 10 title places nearby. Maybe be nicer to your customers?

Andrew was amazing with helping me replace my license plate that was stolen over labor day weekend. Took about a total of five minutes to get everything done. Amazing customer service and just an all around great guy. Thanks again for the help!!
