Booked a rental initially via email a few months ago and a quick follow-up call and email to let them know bike sizes and pedal clip types. Cannondale road bikes were ready to go and after the correct pedal install we were out the door and riding in 10 minutes. Opted to ride north on the Greenbelt trail and then got off and used the bike lanes for a nice 40-mile roundtrip. Staff were friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend and would rent from them again.

Rented two bikes for a week at a pretty reasonable price. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Helmets and a flat repair kit included. My flight home was cancelled and I was able to add two more days for no additional cost. Cant say enough good about Bike Emporium.
