so, after paying godaddy to protect my domain listing and entrusting them to provide web domain (for my registered business), godaddy has determined that customers who pay for services no longer have a right to ask questions of call center managers. They allowed another individual to register for an admin account on my personal web-domain when confronted with it the call center staff got confrontational, when I asked to speak to a manager the technician simply talked over me, when I asked a second time, the call center person got louder, etc. If I conducted business in this manner - well it would be sued into oblivion. That is an epic failure.

I want to let everyone know how bad Godaddy has become. I've been with them for over 15 years and never had a problem and the customer service was usually good.
I wasted the last two days because the admin panels on my sites won't load. When I call the basically tell me to go pound sand.
I'm gonna spend the next month leaving GoDudley.
Don't use GD they S t i n k.

GoDaddy has the worst customer service and I would not recommend doing business with them in any capacity. I paid them to make a few changes to my website such as adding or removing verbiage on some of the pages and they could not perform these simple tasks. The worst demonstration of their difficulty with following instructions was when I asked them to remove some text from my Blog page and instead they added information about slot machines and gambling. Bear in mind that we provide trading educational services so any mention of gambling is in direct contrast to the services we provide. After waiting a week for a service that was supposed to be completed in three days, I was able to speak to a supervisor named Ken Ballangi and he was adamant about not refunding me my money. GoDaddy's refund policy states that you are eligible for a refund within thirty days as long as the work has not been done. They did not do any of the work that I asked them to and they still refused to give me the refund.
