Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles

Had family in town final four week. This place was a hit for everyone. Wait time was less than 30 min for a party of 13. Food was soooo gooooddddd.

To start we were seated quick which was nice. Then we had a server come up to take a drink order quick so this is the complaint, a table who was seated after had their order taken while we just waited then she walked by took another group and still didnt come to us until we had to talk to a manager. She also told us the bar is backed up, as I watch the bar tenders actively helping others in not to sure if its true. 15 minutes later still no drinks and just attitude.

The music was way too loud. The food was cold and the chicken was old. The server was fast but I will not be eating here again.

Terrible choice! The food was terrible nothing was fresh or hot! The music was absolutely too loud. The waffle was sooo cold the butter wouldnt even melt. The chicken was cold and dry. The water pitcher was dirty.. My first and last time going. The waiter was not a people person.

My family and I were visiting from South Carolina. We were looking for a restaurant similar to the one in our area. We unfortunately went to Lo-Los chicken and waffles. We had a group of six and were not told we were considered a party, until we requested to move to another area in restaurant. The waitress then informed us moving forward she would only allow one payment method if six people are in a party. She also said we were not allowed to move to another area unless we bought a bottle of Alcohol. We were so taken back by this, no one at our table drinks alcohol. Once the food arrived the chicken was cold and appeared to have been reheated, the rap music was so loud it was unbearable! The macaroni and cheese was over cheesed and cold. After this experience need less to say we will not go back again.
