I'm really surprised by some of the reviews. I've lived at the Place at El Prado for 3 years now and have had zero issues. The maintenance team is prompt, efficient, and friendly, and the office has always been nothing but nice to me. Only reason I'm leaving is due to work relocation. I've been very happy here!
