The scottsbluff office is a total joke they wont let you get paper checks or even let you talk to the case manager assigned to your case at all the people at the front that is on the phone with you refuse to let you talk to your case manager and they want you to a bank account instead of letting you choose how you want your money and they are rude when you ask to talk to the case manager that is on your case this ssa office in scottsbluff need to be either ahut down or have people who is nicer

I've been trying to get in touch with a REAL PERSON for days which has been impossible. I have been left on hold for LONG PERIODS OF TIME. The website is no better. Don't try to log in if you have forgotten your password or login. AND for god's sake don't try more than three times to remember your password or they suspend you and it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever get help.

The pandemic has been laid back for like a year in Scottsbluff the same protocol is both at the hospital as it is at Social Security office but with a pandemic and people inside all the time the reason you're having phone problems is because you're pushing their systems too hard

My wife had a scheduled appointment today at 11am and the building is closed and no one even there with obvious hours printed on the door and no info stating why they are closed, no update on a reschedule or otherwise. This is the worst experience we have had dealing withfetting an ssn for our child. We have been working on this for over a year with this office. If only I could complaine to a person and not a phone number that is automatic and hangs up with no @%#^ing answers
