        Excellent calling hidden away right on the Platte River. Had a wonderful time, easy to make a reservation and get setup. The camp host made everything so easy.

        The area is so beautiful! We rented the pool and pavilion for a company picnic and employees stayed in the cabins. Everyone loved it and wants to do it again next year!. Thanks for such a wonderful experience and Trevor was fantastic to work with!!!

        Frustrating experience all around! I had out of town relatives try to make reservations a month in advance. Emails and phone messages went unanswered. I finally got through to Trevor via the chat feature on website. I made reservations for a furnished cabin for 6 adults and was assured it would be large enough. It was not. Only had 5 beds, one of which was basically child size. My neice and husband were forced to rent another cabin, but only for 2 nights. They had to be out the 3rd night. Trevor said he would help them figure out something, but failed to follow through. Not cool. I doubt my family will want to stay there in the future.

        We had a wedding here and it was very beautiful. I would ask they fix the electrical problem in the kitchen if your going to allow parties in there

      Thanks for the public feedback. This reservation was made in March and the reservation was for June. It was reported from Kimberly that she has tried multiple times to contact us through email and phone. However, after further investigation there are no emails nor messages left on our phones. We only received communication through google. When the reservation was made Kimberly stated she needed something with a kitchen and it was also stated by Trevor that there was only two queen and a twin bed in the Massey Cabin. She said this would be perfect. Kimberly could have also looked at this cabin prior to making the reservation. When the guests arrived they decided they would like another cabin. Trevor had already taken off for the evening but then came back when he received a call from the guests to make sure these guests could rent another room. However it was only available for two nights not three. The guests were very happy and appreciative and said they would touch base with Trevor to try and accommodate them that last night. However when they rented the additional cabin, it was stated we did not have any vacancies that weekend.We want to thank our valued customers at Trails West and want to make sure that feedback is always accurate to make our facility a great place to stay.
