They were an hour late even though I had reservations. Customer service is typical eastern block BS; tried to blame my company instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. If youve ever had to deal with them, you know what Im talking about. However, their vehicles are clean and in good condition, the drivers are polite.

I fly a lot and used several limousine services for transportation between O'Hare and my home in Evanston until I found SmartCars three years agol Since then they've earned my loyalty. I like their reservation staff, their reliability, their trained chauffeurs, their clean, late-model vehicles, their streamlined communications at the airport, and their value for the dollar. All this points to a beautifully run company.

After using Smart Cars for 30 years , tonight they sent me 3 texts to call when exiting my 1 hour delayed flight. I called. 1st they said I had no reservation. Then they admitted I had a reservation but they had no drivers. If youve been to OHare lately, you know there are zero cabs and Ubers and Lyfts are impossible if not pre-ordered on a Sunday night. I WAS ABANDONED! SHAME ON YOU SMART CARS!
