Extremely irresponsible. José scheduled me for an appointment and never made it. He scheduled me for a second appointment one day later and again failed to show up...didn't even had the courtesy to let me know that he wasn’t showing up. This seems to be the kind of company that will disappear with your deposit and never get the job done.

They did a great job with the tress, they look great. I appreciated that they cleaned everything and hauled off all of the limbs. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Outstanding customer service! Mr. John was prompt and knowledgeable! He was such a blessing to speak to, when we were fretting about the oak trees in our yard. John took the time, out of his busy schedule, to go to our home and inspect our tree of concern and diagnose/call us back. He was HIGHLY recommended by two establishments I had visited and inquired to, but could not provide me with answers. I hands-down recommend Alamo City Arbor Care and John! You will not be disappointed!

I usually do not post reviews that often. However, Big John & his entire crew did an outstanding job at our home. These guys are the best in business. They have performed emergency response work as well as taking care of the giant Alamo zoo !!! No need to look anywhere else. Call these guys now. I want to thank the crew by name, starting from the president himself John to Mike, Trae, Chris, Hedson & David. It has been a pleasure to do business with you all. Definitely recommend.
