This insurance is so unprofessional. I got injured and they were supposed to provide treatment. Halfway through the treatment they decided that I was fine, when I had another doctor who said I was not and required further testing and treatment. I received a letter telling me that they would not continue treatment. So I decided to go to their office to just talk to someone to get this figured out. I was given the runaround, going from building to building being told that they moved. When I called customer service, they told me that all agents do their work from home. I wanted to talk to my case manager, but she wouldn’t respond to my calls. The person who I was in contact with angrily called me back telling me that I was being unprofessional and that she had already sent a letter so I had no reason to try to talk to them. I am still in a lot of pain over my injury and I just wanted to get this issue resolved. Please hire more compassionate staff - this is NOT how you treat clients.
