They need to treat their employees better

As a former employee I say stay away. These guys are very greedy and very corporate for how small of a company they are. They cut back my hours and cut back my pay by more then a 1/3 of what I was making. On top of that everyone else making hourly continued to get their normal pay for working less hours. They cut my pay and expected my production to go up. When I first started at this company they shorted me 4/5 my first 5 paychecks. When I brought it up to Hr the gal just acted bothered that I even asked for help. This company doesn't care about it's people nor its customers. I highly reccomend you look at other mills for an overall better experience. Trust me you wont have to look far.

I always go there very nice people we pick up loads for California these guys always fast service for loading big smile on staff ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜Š
