I went in for some help with my father in laws account and Miss Toni W. helped me immediately while the other banker was occupied. This is my second time in this bank and I dont even have an account there but I was helped with respect and kindness both times. Jay

Slow and staff very unhelpful. I Went to open a simple savings acct for my daughter, I have a very high tiered status with Bofa and many accounts with them. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, nobody else there. Branch manager prancing around chit chatting about weather with other employees, instead of helping. When I asked if she could help she said, oh no I dont open accounts. Finally I get someone to help, she was so slow she wasnt able to finish opening the acct after 20 minutes. I was with a baby. No concern for my time at all. I left without opening an acct and wishing I took all my money and business accounts out of there.
